Sales made through this website are subject to current Spanish legislation on e-commerce and consumer protection.
These general terms and conditions of contract are accessible at all times on our website and take precedence over any other document that may contradict them, in full compliance with current legislation.
The validation of an order by the customer implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions. Any modification to these terms and conditions will apply to purchases made after their publication on the website.
Customer Registration

Products
All products we offer are new and come in their original packaging or factory seal. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and other factors, so we do not accept returns based solely on minor color variations. Availability and Shipping
Products are available for purchase until out of stock. In the unlikely event of unavailability after order confirmation, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide a solution.
- For in-stock products, delivery is within 48 hours.
- For customized products, delivery is within 48 to 72 hours.
Return Policy
Returns are limited to defective or damaged products during shipping. To initiate the return process, please email us at contacto@withoutmess.es with your order information and details of the issue. We will process your request as quickly as possible and provide you with return instructions.
As stipulated by the Retail Trade Act, the customer has 14 business days to return products, starting from the date of receipt of the shipment. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, amounting to €4.95.
To return a product, please inform us within 14 business days. The packaging must also be intact and in good condition.
Once we receive the product and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount using the same payment method the customer used. Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case.
