Shipping
We prepare and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible.
Shipping to Spain and Portugal (Mainland)
Shipping is free for orders over €20 within the mainland. We guarantee delivery within 2 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. In most cases, packages are delivered the day after they are shipped. If delivery cannot be made on the first attempt, the carrier will contact the recipient to coordinate a second delivery.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 business days from the date of delivery to return it, in accordance with Article 44 of the Retail Trade Act.

Reasons for Return
Damaged or Defective Package
If your package arrives damaged or with visible defects, please notify us within the first 24 hours of receiving it, so we can coordinate the return with the shipping company.
Missing or Defective Pieces
If any pieces are missing or arrive defective, please contact us to arrange a replacement or the appropriate solution.
Other Reasons
Shipping costs incurred by returns are the responsibility of the customer. We accept returns as long as the product has not been unsealed or used, as it would then lose its value. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return process.
